Finca Maya is located in Alto Jaramillo at an altitude of 1,500 to 1,650 meters above sea level. The estate is surrounded by diverse timber and fruit trees, flowers, and wild strawberry bushes, all of which provide shelter for the Geisha plantation. The farm was acquired in 1988 by Margoth's parents, Don Abelardo and Doña Celvy; today, Mario and Margoth manage its development. As the second generation to cultivate the land, they have focused on renovating the 30-year-old plantation with the Geisha varietal, aiming for optimum yield and high-quality micro-batches.

Their management strictly avoids herbicides and chemical pesticides that harm bees or other pollinators, reflecting their commitment to regenerative agriculture in harmony with the environment.
