The "El Arroyo" farm is a small piece of land that with a lot of work Don Guilser
managed to work after many years of working with a variety of high production coffee such as Catimor which have a better control of pest and disease .
Together with his brother, they have dedicated themselves to agriculture since they were children. They are the 3rd generation of producers in their family and influenced by the movement of specialty coffees, they decided to renew all their productive
areas and start growing exotic varieties such as Geishas and Marshell.

As the year of high productivity arrived, Guilser's  worked with his exporter partner Experimental Seed to experiment a new inspired cold washed anaerobic process. This method is used to keep the enzymatic flavors from the terroir but also create extra complexity from the great potential of Guilser's coffee cherries.
