El Arcangel was planted in 2015 and had its first harvest in 2017. Whats's unique about the farm is that all the red and yellow catarrhs were grown separately from the other varieties, to experiment with the taste of an exclusively red or yellow cup.

Until recently, a majestic tree used to sit at the highest point of the farm, larger than all the rest and seemed to look down on the land, keeping it safe and protecting it as if it were an archangel. And so the farm got its name, El Arcangel, which couldn't be more fitting.

El Arcangel is a fram where the coffee was planted and has grown ideally, perfectly aligned in a way that makes picking extremely easy. But it's also a haven of peace, an oasis that exudes peace and tranquility as if it really were inhabited by angels.
