The COE award-winning Fazenda Guariroba is always ahead of the curve, this time with a single-varietal Yellow Topazio microlot that underwent double carbonic maceration. In the second round of fermentation, the coffee was inoculated with Galaxy Hops, leveraging the IPA process for a unique flavor profile.
The coffee pairs perfectly with a thoughtfully formulated tonic made from locally farmed ingredients and herbal roots that distinctly express the essence of Hong Kong.
