Mi Finquita coffee farm was started at 2016, while Ratibor and Tessie Hartmann decide to purchase this potential coffee farm to produce the best coffee in this atypical location from they used to work. The coffee farm is located in Los Pozos, Tierra Altas, Volcan, an hour away from the town of Volcan, at an inital height of 1650m. to 2000m, this area has a strong geothermal influence due to the presence of thermal waters and a high concentration of minerals beneified from the Baru Volcano. In addition, the proximity to the Central Mountain Range exposes us to the influence of the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean, which leading the farm receive mineral-laden winds and rains from both coasts, providing unique characteristics to Mi Finquita coffee.
